Before you ask for a free consultation, please note:

• It’s my pleasure to offer you a free virtual consultation (about 30 mins) before you decide to work with me. If you decide I’m not the right fit, I will gladly provide you with resources that may be beneficial to you.

• Fee for 60 min weekly therapy session is $275

• Please confirm with your insurance provider that social work is covered before scheduling a consultation.

• Please note that I am currently only able to see clients physically located in Ontario, Alberta or Quebec, even if it’s for virtual therapy.
